Celebrating 20 Years of Rockford Promise
Join us on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Rockford Public Library for an unforgettable evening celebrating 20 years of opening doors, changing lives, and building brighter futures through education and community.
Throughout the evening, guests will hear firsthand from Rockford Promise Scholars, alumni, supporters, and community members during a series of powerful live stories shared throughout the library. Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while reflecting on the people and moments that have shaped Rockford Promise over the past two decades.
Then, we will come together to look toward the future with the private launch of the Rockford Promise Endowment Campaign, an important step toward ensuring Scholars continue to receive the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need for generations to come.
Guests will also have the opportunity to take part in a special commemorative signing that will be preserved in the Rockford Public Library archives—leaving a lasting record of those who helped write Rockford Promise’s next chapter.
Together, we will honor our past, celebrate our present, and invest in a future where the Promise continues.
