The third annual FORE The Promise golf play day on June 23 showed remarkable growth in spite of the challenging economic environment of high gas prices and inflation.

The event drew 116 golfers, up from 96 last year, and attracted 19 sponsors, including 10 new sponsors. Rockford Promise would like to give special thanks to Greenlee, which contributed $10,000 to the cause.

After expenses, FORE raised more than $23,000.
